Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie
This high protein smoothie make the perfect breakfast to go. Just pour it into an insulated cup after blending.

Ingredients
* 4 oz frozen banana and strawberries
* 3 oz silken tofu
* 3 ounces soy milk
* artificial sweetener to taste
* 2 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into a glass or mug.
