Walking Off The Weight - Snack Recipes

Yogurt Dill Dip

This Dip makes a great snack with some fresh veggies. I like to use cucumbers, broccoli and cauliflower. You can adjust the amount of herbs and spices you use according to your own taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

 


Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
Serve with fresh veggies.
