Pita Crisps
These pita crisps are perfect for dipping the
yogurt dill dip or the
low calorie guacamole .

Ingredients
- 1 whole-wheat pita (8 inches)
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Cut the pita horizontally in two thin rounds.
Place them cut side up on a paper towel. Spray cut side with
non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle parmesan cheese, oregano
and garlic powder on the pita. Microwave the pita rounds, one at
a time, for 1 to 2 minutes until they are crisp and the edges
are slightly browned.
