Chocolate Dipped Apricots
Sometimes a girl just has to have
chocolate. This recipe works great when you have chocolate
cravings and is a satisfying alternative to a candy bar.

Ingredients
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 24 dried apricots
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Directions
Put the chocolate in a
small bowl and microwave on
high for 1 mintue. Stir it well and microwave for another
minute. Continue stirring it until the chocolate is completely
melted. Dip the apricots halfway into the melted chocolate and
set them on some wax paper. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios
and let them cool completely. Nutritional Information per
