Black Bean Burrito

Are you craving Mexican food? Give these tasty black bean burritos a try.

4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas (about 6-inches in diameter)
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) fat free black bean dip
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package (10 ounces) shredded lettuce
  • 1 jar (10 ounces) salsa
     

Directions

Place 2 tablespoons of the bean dip, 2 tablespoons of the cheese and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until bean dip is hot and cheese is starting to melt. Add a sprinkling of the lettuce in a line down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and serve with some salsa on the side.
