Orange Ginger Chicken Recipe
Grill your chicken and veggies
together with these yummy kabobs.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 4 (4-ounces each) skinned, boned chicken
breast halves
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
Directions
Heat oils in a nonstick skillet over medium
heat. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes on each side or until chicken
is done. Add marmalade and remaining ingredients; cook 2 minutes
or until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat.
