Fake Ice Cream Sandwich

These "fake" ice cream sandwiches are a perfect treat. My daughter loves them as much as I do.

12 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
  • 12 HONEY MAID Low Fat Honey Grahams


Directions

Break the graham crackers in half so you have 24 squares. Spread 2 tbsp of COOL WHIP on 12 graham crackers. Top each with one of the remaining 12 crackers to form sandwiches. Freeze them for 2 hours, then wrap in individual sandwich bags and return to the freezer.

Tip: These are also great with chocolate graham crackers.
