Easy Apple Crisp
This apple crisp is easy to make and very tasty.
Use different types of apples, or add some bananas, berries or
pears to add some variety.

Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- cinnamon
- your favorite no calorie sweetener
- 1/2 cup of low fat no sugar added granola
(without raisins)
- no calorie cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a small casserole
dish or a 8 inch square baking pan with no calorie cooking
spray. Layer the apple slices in the dish and sprinkle with
cinnamon and sweetener according to your taste. Sprinkle the
granola on top. Bake for 30 to 45 min until apples are tender.
You can cover the dish with aluminum foil if the granola gets
crunchy before the apples are done to prevent it from getting
too dark.
