Banana Popsicles
Here is a satisfying alternative to a regular
ice cream bar. These creamy banana popsicles make for a yummy
cool treat in the summer without all the extra fat and calories
of ice cream. And you'll get some extra fruit in your own and
your kids diet.

Ingredients
- 1 packet instant banana pudding mix (3.4 oz.)
- 2 cup skim milk
- 1 banana cut into pieces
Directions
Mix pudding mix and milk together.
Add cut up banana to pudding and blend evenly.
Spoon enough pudding/bananas into popsicle cups to cover bottom
(or use some dixie cups and insert popsicle sticks after the
banana mixture starts to set).
Periodically tap the cups to get any air pockets out.
Freeze until set and enjoy!
