Ingredients
- 4 oz frozen banana and
strawberries
- 3 oz silken tofu
- 3 ounces soy milk
- artificial sweetener to taste
- 2 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients
into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into a glass
or mug.
