Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie

This high protein smoothie make the perfect breakfast to go. Just pour it into an insulated cup after blending.  

1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 4 oz frozen banana and strawberries
  • 3 oz silken tofu
  • 3 ounces soy milk 
  • artificial sweetener to taste
  • 2 ice cubes 

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into a  glass or mug.
