To loose weight we have to burn more calories than we
take in. By combining walking to burn calories and speed up our
metabolism with reducing the amount of calories we take in through
food, we can reach our goals.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water as well. We
recommend at least eight 8 oz glasses per day, more if you are
exercising a lot. Limit the amount of coffee, soda, tea or other
beverages containing caffeine you drink per day. Since they have a
diuretic effect, drink some extra water if you find yourself
drinking more than one caffeinated beverage per day.
