Don&#8217;t worry, I  don&#8217;t believe any of us can stick to anything too strict or anything that&#8217;s too much of a change from what we are used to now. Just try to get a few hundred extra steps ( tracking them with a pedometer) in and replace some of the stuff you eat with something healthier. We&#8217;ll provide you with plenty of yummy recipes and some great ideas on how to sneak those extra steps in. So let&#8217;s get started.
