Update on the last few days

Sorry I haven't been posting my steps every day. Things have gotten pretty busy around here. I still managed to get in right around 1o,ooo steps each day. I noticed that the weight loss seems to kick in when I walk at least 12,ooo steps. So I took a long walk this morning and went for a short one with my family this evening. Add running some errands and walking around the house picking up toys as fast as my two year old can spread them around the house and I'm already at 11,750 steps tonight. I'll definitely get those last 250 in before bedtime. :)

Good for you. And glad to hear you have seen some weight loss! I threw my back out so I had to stop working out, but I'm going to ease back into it today.
